The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering Black, Indigenous, and marginalized communities through culturally responsive tutoring, mentorship, and holistic programs. We believe in creating equal opportunities for every young person to succeed, lead, and thrive.
Our programs are designed to break down barriers to success for Black, Indigenous, and marginalized youth. We offer culturally responsive tutoring, mentorship, leadership training, and creative outlets in arts and athletics. By combining academic support with personal growth opportunities, we help young people build confidence, skills, and a strong sense of community.
We partner with a variety of organizations and businesses in our community to provide comprehensive mental health services to those in need.
The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project is led by a dynamic team of young leaders and community advocates who share a commitment to uplifting marginalized voices. Together, we bring diverse skills and lived experiences that guide our work in education, mentorship, arts, and athletics. Our people-first approach ensures that every program is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and cultural awareness.
