The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project: Empowering Communities

The A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project (Advocating for Empowerment, Representation, Inclusion, Youth and Education) was founded in 2025 and was founded to address the educational and social inequities faced by Black, Indigenous, and marginalized youth. What started as a small, youth-driven initiative has since evolved into a community-rooted organization that combines academics, mentorship, arts, and athletics to support holistic growth.

In our early days, we focused on creating safe spaces for tutoring and mentorship, helping students build confidence and improve academic outcomes. Over time, our vision expanded to include leadership development, creative expression, and wellness programming — reflecting the diverse needs of the communities we serve.

Our history is defined by resilience, collaboration, and impact. From grassroots beginnings to partnerships with schools, families, and community organizations, we have stayed true to our mission: empowering young people to succeed and shaping a future where equity, diversity, and inclusion are at the heart of every opportunity.
