The ADEPT Mentorship Program is a youth-led initiative designed to activate leadership, resilience, and civic engagement among racialized, newcomer, and marginalized youth. Grounded in the principles of Aspire, Development, Empower, Promise, and Training, ADEPT offers a transformative journey where young people build confidence, challenge hate, and lead change in their communities.
Through mentorship pods, interactive workshops, and public engagement events, youth participants explore identity, allyship, and advocacy while gaining practical tools to navigate civic systems and amplify their voices. Trained youth mentors guide each cohort with trauma-informed, equity-based facilitation, fostering peer connection and personal growth.
Program Highlights:
ADEPT is more than a mentorship program—it’s a promise to uplift youth voices, dismantle hate, and build empowered pathways for transformation.
