What is The Learning Link?

The Learning Link is the A.D.E.R.I.Y.E Project Foundation's 2026 academic program, designed to give Black and racialized youth the consistent support they need to stay on track in school and grow beyond it.

Each week, students come together for homework help sessions where they get hands-on support with their coursework, alongside workshops that build practical skills, spark curiosity, and open their eyes to what is possible for their futures.

What we offer

Four pillars of support

Homework Help

Dedicated time each week for students to work through assignments, ask questions, and get subject-specific support from tutors and mentors.

Skill-Building Workshops

Hands-on workshops that go beyond the classroom, building practical skills, career awareness, and confidence for life ahead.

Mentorship

Every student is supported by mentors who share their background and believe in their potential, providing guidance, encouragement, and connection.

Community

A safe, welcoming space where youth can show up as themselves, build friendships, and feel part of something bigger than themselves.

The Aderiye Project

Empowering youth through education, mentorship, and community — building the next generation of leaders.
